Since April 2010, I began pioneering series about productivity. There are many simple things that we can do to become productive. The following summary of the previous article has ever appeared on this blog:

Once you have the plan matured, it comes time working on what you’ve previously specified. In order to work with productive, we need to learn to focus. Like a laser beam which is concentrated to a point, then the focus will make anything we’re working on could be completed within the shortest possible with quality as good as possible. It is not easy to focus because of the many distractions that divert attention. But if you manage to train your ability to always focus when working on critical tasks, you will become more productive.

3. replace the atmosphere

The routine of the same work from time to time sometimes make saturated and bored. When this happens, then productivity will plummet because we lost Zing and a passion to do something. For that you need to change the atmosphere. Looking for a new place, new ways, or new approaches so that more fresh thoughts and ideas sprung up. If you often feel stagnates, try to replace it with a new atmosphere.

4. don’t delay

Attitude of the procrastinator becomes a big barrier for your success. We put off what really can be done today. As a result, work stacked and feels heavy. Not only that, delaying an attitude rarely make us lose the opportunity. Every day had its work each. Therefore do and do not like to delay.

5. skilled in Reading

Whatever your profession, must deal with the reading. If you are a student, you should read the book and the subject matter. If you are a manager of a company, you should read the report, latest trends surrounding businesses, and analyzing it to take a decision. And if you’re one who loves to train a new skill, you have a lot of reading and learning. One of the secrets of being a productive person is to read faster. Imagine if you could read two times faster than the average person, then you can complete a variety of tasks related to reading in just over half of it anyway. You will become much more productive.

Macro factors, namely demographic / economic, political / legal, technological / physical and social / cultural, while the strategies and marketing tips from the perspective of the seller (4 P) is a strategic place (place), product quality (product), competitive prices (price) and a vigorous campaign (promotion).
