To give instructions relating to the implementation of agreed work, provided that such instructions are given under the contract that binds him to the employer. The agreed work refers to work that has been agreed between the employer and the third (and not, for example, the work that the worker must be provided pursuant to his employment contract).
Can be transferred to the user:

instructions at work (work performance, monitoring procedures, completion of tasks, …);
instructions relating to working time and rest.
Can not be transferred to the user (ie, exclusively within the authority of the employer’s employer “Lender”):

the commitment of the worker (as regards, for example, the application of any work permit);
negotiations about the level of remuneration;
career plan (the negotiations for a possible promotion);
payment of compensation (including payment of social security contributions on such compensation);
defining the nature of tasks;
fixing conditions (with the exception of working conditions relating to working time and rest and implementation of agreed work, which can be delegated to the conditions listed above);
the decision to terminate the contract (termination of employee);
the disciplinary jurisdiction (fines, layoff the worker).
