2. You have a vision in life. Many believe that having a vision is to have goals, but it is not. A vision is the way we want to inspire people. Our vision must be intensely personal, upbeat and original.
3. You will never inspire people without first understand them. To inspire people, we must first understand them. Otherwise, it will be impossible to inspire.
4. How are we doing this …? And why we’re doing well …?. These are two basic questions that we must always ask for any project that we plan to make.
5. Have realistic goals. It is advisable always set ourselves realistic goals, which can be short term and can be increased gradually.
6. The most capable leaders have not mended in hiring bright people themselves. It is difficult to find this ability in the leaders. And often, they are the people who surround themselves with mediocre to avoid being overshadowed. This requires a lot of confidence in himself and his team.
